You can get from Rostov-on-Don airport to Taganrog directly only by taxi. Cost - from 1.5 to 3 thousand rubles, transfer from 3 to 4.2 thousand rubles. Another option is to get to the main bus station of the city by any suitable transport (see the numbers above), and then take a bus to Taganrog or an electric train.
From the bus station (Sivers st., 1) buses to Taganrog run every 15-25 minutes. The first flight at 6:35, the last at 21:00, 1.5 hours. You can get to Taganrog for 120 rubles. Children travel for half the cost, luggage is paid additionally.

There is no direct transport from Rostov-on-Don airport to Yeisk either, so first you need to get to the main bus station. At 7:35 and 14:50 buses leave daily to the Yeisk bus station. The morning flight takes longer - through Kushchevskaya, Kislyakovskaya and other points - about 5 hours, the fare is 420 rubles. plus 40 rubles for luggage. The daily route is shorter, the bus goes through Azov, Starominskaya and Staroshcherbinskaya. The journey takes only 3 hours, and the ticket is cheaper - 330 rubles.

Novocherkassk
There are no direct bus routes between Novocherkassk and Rostov-on-Don airport, but there are transit lines from Volgograd, Astrakhan, Voronezh and other cities, following every 15-30 minutes through the bus stations of Novocherkassk and Rostov-on-Don. Some flights run daily, others every other day. There are more passing buses from the bus station to Novocherkassk, the traffic is almost round-the-clock. The first flight is at 2:07 am, the last at 11:46 pm. It takes an hour and a half to go, the fare is about 50 rubles.
The passengers in Novocherkassk can board at the bus station or on the highway. The earliest flight in Novocherkassk at 4:10 on the highway and at 4:16 at the bus station. The latest flight of the Shakhty - Gelendzhik leaves Novocherkassk at 22:05.
