Where is the best place to rent a house in Evpatoria
Sanatorium area - the most expensive housing, but also the most advantageous location, because next to the beach and all the entertainment. The area stretches from the sea to Lenin Avenue. There is a private sector, boarding houses, sanatoriums and hotels. This is a rather noisy area.
Old city - the historical center of Evpatoria with old buildings and narrow streets. There is only the private sector. Prices are the same as in the Resort area, but much quieter. The area is located approximately between Dmitry Ulyanov and Perekopskaya streets. Not far from the sea - from 50 m to a kilometer. This area is suitable for all categories of tourists.
Perekopskaya street area slightly lower prices. Here, the private sector and multi-storey buildings are located on both sides of the street. This area is ideal for families with children in Evpatoria: a good sandy beach just 100-400 m from the housing estate, there is a small market, quiet and peaceful.
